Human Resources is responsible for the development and implementation of a strategically focused training and learning program, workforce planning, our graduate recruitment program and staff retention strategies. They provide high-level strategic advice in relation to employee relations matters and administer several internal committees such as the Protection and Risk Committee and the Sustainability Committee.
They also provide a comprehensive range of client focused human resource services including recruitment, benefit administration and advice to staff and line managers on day-to-day human resource issues across the company.
